Warranty Coverage

At EvosGear, we stand behind the quality of our gear. All EvosGear products are warranted against material defects in workmanship or materials for a period of six (6) months from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
What’s Covered
- Repair or replacement of defective items due to manufacturing flaws.
- Applicable to apparel, running gear, yoga mats, and training accessories.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, overuse, neglect, or improper washing.
- Altered or modified products.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at support@evosgear.com with:
- Your order number or receipt.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue.
- A short description of the problem.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs related to warranty claims unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
EvosGear disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall EvosGear be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
