Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the size or color may not be quite right. At EvosGear, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for eligible items, designed to keep you moving with confidence.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Fees
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: $12 flat fee (includes return shipping & restocking).
- International Orders: $20 flat fee (return shipping not included).
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@evosgear.com with your order number, item details, and preferred size or color.
- After fee confirmation, we’ll issue a prepaid return label (for US customers).
- Ship your item back within 7 days using the label provided.
- Once received and approved, we’ll ship out your exchange within 3–5 business days.
4. Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll cover all costs for replacements.
5. Important Notes
- We will hold your requested replacement for up to 10 business days. If the return is not received within this window, item availability may change.
- Refunds are not available through exchanges. If you prefer a refund, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
