Return and Refund Policy

At EvosGear, we stand behind every piece of gear we design. If something isn’t working for you, we’ve got your back. All returns are handled quickly and transparently under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging & tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation email or receipt required.

*Final‑sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Final‑sale / clearance items
  • Free promotional gifts

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@evosgear.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 h.
  4. Ship the item to the address below and include the RMA number on the package:

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

After we receive & inspect your return (5–7 business days), we’ll email your refund status.

  • Approved returns: Refunds post to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Refund covers: Product price only (shipping excluded).
  • If the error was ours, we also refund outbound & return shipping fees.

Please allow up to 14 business days total from shipping your return until funds appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@evosgear.com within 7 days of delivery and attach photos. We’ll replace or fully refund the item (including shipping).

6. Exchanges

We don’t process automatic exchanges. To swap size or color:

  • Return the original item following the steps above.
  • Place a new order, or request a manual exchange during your RMA request.

A restocking & reshipping fee applies on approved exchanges:

  • US: $5 USD per item
  • EU: €5 EUR per item

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our fault. Use a trackable service—we’re not liable for lost return parcels.

8. International Returns

International customers cover return shipping and any import duties/fees. Contact us before returning for the correct warehouse address and customs instructions.

9. Order Cancellations

Email us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel. Once an order has shipped, follow the return process above.
